  • To consult with the borrower providing information and education regarding options available through our national and regional correspondent mortgage sources. Our goal is to enable the customer to make an informed decision on the selection of the right loan program.
  • To facilitate ALL aspects of the transaction from application through closing and communication post closing.
  • To establish a long-term relationship with each customer by earning their trust through superior service, handling every detail with the highest degree of integrity.
Lenders
  • To originate high quality mortgages, delivering a significantly higher percentage than industry standard: to present packages that are professionally assembled, pre-underwritten by our experienced staff and recommended as if we were lending our own money.
