2008 Branch of the Year Award

The Branch of the Year Award goes to the office that has exhibited all of the characteristics of the other awards. This has to be one of our top producing branches. They are always improving their technology, marketing, systems, and customer service. They must see the big picture and grasp the vision of PrimeSource Mortgage. This means participating in conference calls and lending a hand at all times if needed by another branch. We take into account the compliance reviews, production levels, and servant leadership quality.

The 2007 Branch of the Year award was presented to Matt Lamoreux and his team from the Farmington, NM office. Their high performance, improved productivity, discernment and knowledge, strong commitment to goals, values and strength of character are some of the qualities that make them one of our top-producing branches and has won the Farmington branch the respect of the entire PSM network. This office has the capacity to catch the vision of PrimeSource Mortgage and to pass it on to the branches through their support and participation in all network activities and by lending a hand when other branches need a lift.
